This article provides Super Admins and Panel Administrators with step-by-step instructions on how to invite a colleague to register against a Supplier's profile on an internal Supplier List. You would use this process when the Vendor Admin requests assistance or is unable to invite a colleague themselves.
Prerequisites
You must be a Super Admin or a Panel Administrator.
The supplier must be registered on an internal Supplier List.
Steps
Follow these steps to invite a colleague to a supplier's profile on their behalf:
Select Admin Tools in the top menubar or on the homepage left-side menu.
Select Enterprise Supplier Lists under the Admin Tools menu.
Click on the number in the Suppliers column against the relevant list to view the suppliers registered on that list.
Find the target supplier in the list, click on the blue arrow on the right next to the supplier, and select Colleagues.
On the Colleagues tab, enter the colleague's name and email address into the fields.
Click Invite as colleague.
Results / Validation
A notification will be sent to the colleague's email address with a link to follow to register as a colleague on this list.
If the colleague already has an account associated with that email address, they will be prompted to sign in.
