Analytics Dashboards

Analytics dashboards provide a high-level view of sourcing and contracts activity using graphs, charts, and tables. You can use filters to refine the data, such as viewing activity in particular periods, on specific supplier lists, or categories.

Prerequisites

To access the Analytics dashboards, you must have an Analytics License. If you receive an "Unlock Your Insights: Analytics License required" error, you do not have the necessary access. Access is allocated based on the organisation's number of licenses.

Steps

Follow these steps to access and view the Analytics dashboards:

  1. Click on Rubix on left hand side on top, Select Analytics in Rubix.

    • This action opens the Analytics dashboard view.

    • There are 10 reports available in Analytics.

  2. Review the data in the dashboards and apply filters as needed.

    • The available reports include:

      • Request Activity: Requests raised over a period.

      • Buyer Activity: Number of requests per buyer.

      • Supplier List Usage: Number of requests against supplier lists.

      • Supplier List Categories: Number of requests with specific categories, subcategories, and UNSPSC segment.

      • Supplier list categories Exportable: Table of requests with category details.

      • Supplier Responses: Details of responses against requests.

      • Sourcing Values: Estimated value against requests.

      • Match Requests and Responses: Exportable tables of requests and their responses, enabling further analysis and reporting outside the system. Includes the option to view information from tenders, allowing users to toggle between standard request data and tender-related activity and insights.

      • Supplier Intelligence Usage: Requests awarded to suppliers with a particular SI Badge.

      • Cost Avoidance by Request: Cost avoidance by Request.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter the "Unlock Your Insights: Analytics License required" error:

  • The error means that your user account does not have a license assigned for the report.

  • To get your access updated, reach out to the support team.

  • If you require additional access or licenses for your organisation, reach out to your account manager.

Limits & Notes

  • Access is granted only to the nominated users as per the number of licenses available to the organisation.
