The VendorPanel - a Unimarket Company status pages are the quickest way to identify any reported issues occurring on the platform. By viewing the dedicated status page for your tenancy, you can see all incident communications. 

Prerequisites

  • Audience: All VendorPanel - a Unimarket Company users.

  • Intent: Quickly find real-time information about reported issues or incidents on the  VendorPanel - a Unimarket Company platform. 

Steps

  1. Identify your tenancy region (e.g., Australia, New Zealand, etc.).

  2. Select the link for your dedicated regional status page:

  3. Click the relevant link to navigate to your region's status page. 

Results / Validation

The dedicated status page for your region will open, displaying the current status and any ongoing or past incident communications.
