What has changed? Phone support has been fully phased out. The phone support line was gradually decommissioned throughout 2023 , and the number previously used to contact Support has been permanently disconnected as of 1 January 2024.
Why the change? The change was made because less than 1% of support requests were being made by phone , with most users choosing chat-based support. Shifting to chat and online support enables the team to provide quicker response times, offer more accurate and detailed assistance, maintain better tracking of requests, and extend support to more users simultaneously.
