Use this guide to start a new complaint from the dashboard and proceed through the necessary workflow steps.
Prerequisites
You must have the correct permissions to access the Complaints report tile on your dashboard.
Steps
Navigate to the dashboard.
Find the Complaints report tile.
If the tile is visible, click it.
If the tile is not visible, click the Add Reports button at the bottom of the dashboard to find and select it.
Once the record is open, follow the three-step workflow:
Log details: Enter the details of the complaint. This step also allows you to generate a complaint letter using the information on the record.
Log reporter details: Enter the information about the person reporting the complaint.
Log outcomes: Record the final outcome of the complaint.
Results / Validation
The complaint record has been created and visible on the Dashboard Report.
Limits & Notes
To keep the Complaints report tile visible for future use, click the star icon in the top right of the tile.
