You can promote users to higher roles to grant them additional permissions and management capabilities within your enterprise.
Super Admin can promote and demote all users.
Local Group Administrator can promote a Buyer to a Local Group Manager, but cannot promote an existing Local Group Manager to an Administrator.
A Buyer must be promoted to a Local Group Manager before they can be promoted to an Administrator level.
A Local Group Manager cannot promote other users.
Promote a Buyer to a Local Group Manager
Prerequisites
This action can be performed by the Super Admin or the Local Group Administrator who owns the relevant Local Group.
Steps
Select Admin Tools > Local Groups and Users (This can be found either in the top menu bar or on the left-side menu on the homepage).
Select to view the Buyers in the relevant Local Group.
Locate the user you wish to promote.
Click the three vertical dots to the right of the user and select Promote this user.
Select the Local Group Manager permission level, as this will be the only option available.
Select any add-on permissions from the options provided (It's recommended to select all permissions to utilise future functionality).
Click the Promote button, and then confirm the action in the dialogue box.
Results / Validation
You will receive a confirmation message. The user will now appear in the Admin/Mgrs section of the Local Group.
Promote a Local Group Manager to a Local Group or Panel Administrator
Prerequisites
This action can only be performed by the Super Admin.
Steps
Select Admin Tools > Local Groups and Users (This can be found either in the top menu bar or on the left-side menu on the homepage).
Select to view the Admin/Mgrs in the relevant Local Group.
Locate the user you wish to promote.
Click the right hand arrow button to the right of the user and select the Promote this user option.

Select one permission level: either Enterprise Panel Administrator or Local Group Administrator.
Note: Once you promote them with one permission, you can assign the other Administrator role later.
Select any add-on permissions if they were not all selected when the user was promoted to Local Group Manager (You cannot remove previously selected add-on permissions).
Click the Promote button, and then confirm the action in the dialogue box.
Results / Validation
You will receive a confirmation message. The user will now move into the Administrators Group.
