This article provides the step-by-step instructions for a supplier to register on additional Supplier Lists using their existing account. You should use this guide after you have successfully registered on your first Supplier List.
Prerequisites
- Audience: Supplier
- You must have an existing VendorPanel - a Unimarket Company's Supplier account.
- For instructions on registering on your first list, see: Registering as a Supplier (Marketplace & Preferred Supplier Lists).
Registering on Public Marketplace Lists
Suppliers can register on as many Supplier Lists as they require.
- On the supplier home page, click Register on the Public Marketplace which is on the left below the Supplier Lists heading.
- Follow the prompts and select the Marketplace Lists and categories you wish to register on.
- Your name and email details will automatically populate on the registration page when you use the link inside your account.
- Repeat this process to apply for as many Marketplace Lists as needed.
- For each Marketplace List you apply to, you will receive an invitation email.
- While remaining logged out of your account, click the link in the invitation email.
- Follow the prompts in the email. This action will log you back in and register the new list to your existing account.
- Note: If you applied for more than one list, you must repeat steps 5 and 6 for each invitation email received.
Registering on Preferred Supplier Lists
Preferred Supplier Lists are managed by external organisations and are invitation-only.
- When you are invited, you will receive an invitation email.
- Click the link in the invitation email to confirm and register on the new Preferred Supplier List in your current account.
