Create a Supplier Self-Registration Link

To allow Suppliers to register themselves onto your organisation's Supplier List(s), you'll generate a unique self-invitation link. This is useful when you want to make it easy for new suppliers to join a list.

Prerequisites 

  • You must have the Super Admin or Panel Administrator role.

  • Supplier self-registration must be Enabled for your organisation. By default, this is turned off; contact your Account Manager or Support Team to activate this functionality.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Enterprise Supplier Lists.

    Select Admin Tools -> Enterprise Supplier Lists (This menu is available in the top menu bar or on the left-side of the homepage).

  2. Edit the relevant Supplier List.

    Click the three vertical dots to the right of the Supplier List you want to generate the link for, and then click Edit this list.

  3. Enable the self-invitation setting.

    Select the Settings & Options step. Under the Supplier Configuration section, choose Yes - Enabled for the setting 'Enable suppliers to 'self-invite' themselves to this via a generic link?'.

  4. Copy the link.

    Copy the generated self-invitation link.

Results / Validation 

The self-invitation link is now ready to be shared.

What's Next / Related 

The copied link can be shared by sending it directly to a supplier or by placing it on a web page for your suppliers to access.

  • This process must be completed for each specific Supplier List you want to enable self-registration for.
