When a Vendor Admin is selected for a request, registered Colleagues from their company also gain access to that request and any resulting responses. This ensures that all relevant users at the supplier company are informed and can participate.
Key Ideas
Registration Role: A Vendor Admin can invite and add other people in their company to register as Colleagues on the supplier lists they are currently on.
Request Access: If the Vendor Admin is selected on a request, any Colleagues registered on the specific Supplier List used for that request will also have access to the request.
Response Management: Colleagues, like the Vendor Admin, can send their own responses to the request.
Visibility: Any response (sent or in draft) submitted by a Colleague or the Vendor Admin is listed against the Request in all linked user's accounts. This keeps all users informed if someone at their company has already responded, or plans to respond, to the request.
