Supplier Lists can be configured with Compliance, Qualification, and Rate Card requirements to ensure that suppliers maintain a valid profile. This article introduces these three requirement types and explains how they are used.
Key Ideas
Supplier List Requirements: Supplier Lists can be set up to have specific requirements that suppliers must meet to maintain a valid profile on the list.
Three Requirement Types: These requirements are categorised into three types: Compliances, Qualifications, and Rate Cards.
Supplier Notification and Action: When a requirement is added to a Supplier List, all suppliers on that list are notified via email and in their accounts. They are then required to fill out the necessary information and upload any requested documents.
Review Process: Once submitted, Super Admins and Panel Administrators can review the submissions. The requirements can be approved or declined (prompting the supplier to re-submit), or they can be set to approve automatically.
Visibility: A supplier's status for compliance, qualification, and rate cards will be visible on their profile and accessible by Buyers.
