The Response Selection Approver role enables a user to approve the response selections made by Buyers for RFx's (Request for X) before the Buyer can finalise the RFx and notify the suppliers.

Role/Permission: Response Selection Approver right.

Location:
Global approvers must be registered in the Administrators Group.
Local Group approvers must be registered in the relevant Local Group, either as a Buyer or a Local Group Manager.
Key Ideas
Purpose: To allow an approver to review and authorise the response selections made by Buyers on an RFx. This ensures that the selections are approved prior to the finalisation of the RFx and notification of the suppliers.

Scope: Approvers can be assigned at two organisational levels:
Global Level: Applies to the entire organisation.
Local Group Level: Applies only to Buyers within a specific Local Group.
