This article explains that suppliers can be registered on a Supplier List in two different ways: as a Vendor Admin or as a Colleague. It details how suppliers can view the lists they are registered on and how they can manage their specific list details.

Audience: Supplier (Vendor Admin or Colleague)
Permissions: Must be a registered supplier on at least one list.
View All Supplier Lists You're On
To view all the lists they are registered on as either a Vendor Admin or a Colleague:

On the home page, click Lists you’re on below the Supplier Lists heading.
This page displays all their list registrations.
To view list information and the List Owner's contact details, click the blue list name.
To view specific list details, locate the relevant column on the right (e.g., List Docs, RFX Categories).

Click the blue link or numbered button below the relevant column to view or edit the section.
List Docs: Documents attached to the whole list by the List Owner that all suppliers on the list can view.
Supplier Docs: Documents that the list owner has attached to that supplier's specific registration on that list.
RFX Categories or Buyer Groups: Click the blue numbered button to view or edit the categories they are registered under or the buying organisations they are visible to.

Check the far right, under the Vendor Admin column, to see their status for that list.
For lists that they are the Vendor Admin for, they will see a Manage link.
If they are a Colleague on this list, they will see the name of their Vendor Admin; hover over the name to view their contact details.
Vendor Admin Tools (Lists You Manage)
The Vendor Admin ‘manages’ the profiles for the company on the list. If they are a Vendor Admin, they can use the Admin Tools menu to view and manage the lists:
Select Supplier Lists you manage under the Admin Tools menu (found in the top menubar or on the left-side menu of the homepage).
To view the list's details, including the contact details for the organisation that owns the list (List Owner), click the blue list name.
On the right side of the page, view columns like Business Info or Required Compliances.

To edit, manage, or preview the details for a specific list, click the blue link below the relevant column.
If a field is not a requirement for their registration, the column will show not required instead of a link/button.
