Create and Edit a Policy Guide Workflow

This article explains how a Super Administrator can access the Policy Guide module to create a new workflow or edit an existing one in VendorPanel - a Unimarket Company, which is used to build out policy guides.

Prerequisites

  • Your organisation must have the Policy Guide functionality enabled.
  • You must be logged in as a Super Administrator in VendorPanel - a Unimarket Company.
  • The login URL for the Policy Guide platform is https://guide.vendorpanel.com.au/ (use your standard  login credentials).

Steps: 

Access the Policy Guide Module

  1. Access the Policy Guide module:
    • Navigate to the Policy Guide module of VendorPanel - a Unimarket Company.
    • Alternatively, if you have at least one active workflow, click the rubix icon in the top left corner of your account, and then select the link to Workflows.

Create a New Workflow

  1. Click the Create Workflow button.
  2. You will be directed to the workflow editor (the canvas).
  3. Build the Policy Guide: Drag nodes you want to add onto the canvas.
  4. Edit node content: Double-click on a node to edit its content.
  5. Connect nodes: Connect the nodes to create a continuous flow.

Edit an Existing Workflow

  1. Find the workflow you wish to modify.
  2. Click the Actions button on the right-hand side of that workflow.
  3. Select Edit Workflow.

Results / Validation

Once you have created or edited a workflow, the final step is to publish it to make it live.

Publishing a Workflow

  1. Click the multi-select arrow to the right of the Save button.
  2. Select the Save and publish option.

Troubleshooting

  • Cannot access the workflow editor: You may not be logged in as a Super Administrator.
  • Cannot see the option to publish: Your enterprise may not be enabled to publish Policy Guide workflows. Contact your account Administrator or your CSM (Customer Success Manager).
