It automatically ensures purchasing compliance by directing Buyers to the correct procurement process (like an RFx, travel platform, or catalogue) based on what they are buying, cost, risk, and other configurable factors.
Key Ideas
- Real-Time Compliance: The module guides Buyers through the procurement policy on-screen and in real-time, eliminating the need to refer to printed policy documents.
- Maximizing Contract Spend: Buyers are guided to use existing contracts when appropriate to maximise spending under contract.
- Configurable Workflows: Policy rules, built by Admins using a drag-and-drop interface, determine the correct procurement path.

Automated Direction: Depending on your organisation's policy rules, Buyers can be directed to:
- Create an RFx.
- A travel booking platform or a catalogue
- Any other procurement process.
- Advanced Options: Workflows can be set up to include approval processes, notifications, or other advanced steps.
