Use this article to check a supplier’s Supplier Intelligence (SI) credentials, such as Indigenous or Modern Slavery credentials, while you manage a contract. It is for Contracts Lite and Advanced Contract Management users.
Prerequisites
- Your organisation has purchased SI Credentials. If not, contact your Account Manager.
- Your Admin has made the credential types visible.
Steps
- Open the contract.
- Select the View vendor details under Vendor on this contract section in the dashboard.
- This view will display credentials, contacts and compliances together.
- To check the latest status, select Refresh button.
Results
- Credentials appear on the Contract Summary and Vendor tabs.
- After a refresh, the credential status matches the current supplier profile.

Troubleshooting
- I can’t see any credentials. Ask your Admin to check Settings ▸ Vendor ▸ SI Credentials, and confirm your organisation has SI Credentials.
- A credential looks out of date. Data syncs daily. Refresh on demand.
- A snapshot doesn’t match the current status. This is expected. Snapshots record the status at award or closure.
Limits & notes
- Data syncs daily. On-demand refresh gives real-time status.
- Snapshots are taken at Award (via Go to Market) and at Closure, and don’t change afterwards.
- Admins choose which credential types are visible in Settings ▸ Vendor ▸ SI Credentials.
- Applies to Contracts Lite and Advanced Contract Management.
