View Supplier Intelligence Credentials on Supplier Profiles

Supplier Intelligence (SI) Credentials are specific, validated attributes about a supplier. They are created using an Australian Business Number (ABN) as the primary key.

Prerequisites

Your enterprise must have purchased the SI Credentials functionality. If your organisation does not have access, please contact your Account Manager.

How to View SI Credentials

All users (Admins and Buyers) can view and filter suppliers who have SI Credentials attached to their profile in the following ways:

1. On the Supplier Details Pop-up

  1. Search for a supplier, browse suppliers by category, view suppliers on a list, or select suppliers on a request.

  2. Click on the supplier's business name.

  3. The SI Credentials will be listed towards the bottom of the pop-up Supplier Details window.

2. Credential Indicator Next to Business Name

  1. After selecting categories and supplier lists when browsing suppliers by category or selecting suppliers on a request, view the results of your search with the list of suppliers.

  2. A credential indicator will appear beside the supplier's business name to indicate an SI Credential is attached to their profile.

3. Filtering Suppliers on a Request

  1. After selecting categories and supplier lists when selecting suppliers on a request, look through the list of suppliers matching your selections.

  2. You will have the ability to filter the list of suppliers by an SI Credential.

4. Within Request Documentation

SI Credential information is displayed for Suppliers invited to respond to an RFx and for those who have submitted a response to an RFx. SI information (SI credential name, indicator, and preview description where applicable) will be displayed in the documents included in the downloadable request package:

  • RFx Summary Report PDF: SI Credential information will appear in the 'Suppliers Notified' section below each supplier's business name. Due to space restrictions, any extra SI credential information (e.g., preview or full descriptions) will be omitted. It will also appear in relation to Supplier Responses included with the supplier's full business details.

  • Response PDF: SI Credential information will be included with the supplier's full business details.
