This article explains how Panel Administrators can configure which user types are allowed to download Rate Cards and Rate Card comparison results. 

Prerequisites

You must be a Panel Administrator to manage access. 

Steps

1. Click on the Manage access button on the Manage Rate Cards page.
   

2. On the Manage access to downloadable Rate Cards page, you will see checkboxes for different user types under two headings:

   • Users can download Rate Cards

   • Users can download Rate Card Comparisons results
     
      

3. Tick the checkboxes to enable access or untick them to remove access for each user type. 

4. Click the blue Save button to finalize your changes.

Results / Validation

Your changes to the access permissions are immediately applied, controlling which user types can download Rate Cards and comparison results.
