This article provides step-by-step instructions for List Administrators to view, edit, or import data for rate cards that they are responsible for completing.
Prerequisites
List Administrators have the ability of completing and updating the rate card via the Enterprise List Wizard.
Access and Complete Rate Cards
A List Administrator can complete rate cards using one of three methods: the dashboard, drilling into supplier submissions, or the Supplier's Rate Card Summary.
Option 1: Via the Dashboard Critical Task
Use the dashboard to quickly address the Verify or Fill Supplier Rate Cards critical task.
Select the Verify or Fill Supplier Rate Cards task below the Critical Tasks section of your dashboard.
Select the Show Suppliers List Rate Cards button. This is located below the Supplier Rate Cards for you to Complete section of the page.
Select the Edit Rate Card button against the supplier you need to amend.
Option 2: Drilling into Supplier Submissions
Use this method to review the status of all suppliers allocated to the rate card.
Under the Admin Tools menu, select the Enterprise Suppliers List link.
Next to the supplier list you wish to amend, click the three vertical dots for more options.
Select Edit this List. You will be presented with the Supplier List Wizard.
Select the Supplier Rate Cards button.
Below the Current Rate Cards section, select the numbered Suppliers button.
Select the View Submissions button.
Select Edit Rate Card.
Option 3: Via the Supplier's Rate Card Summary
Use this method when navigating directly through the supplier list.
Under the Admin Tools menu, select the Enterprise Suppliers List link.
Select the numbered suppliers button against the list you wish to manage.
Next to the supplier you wish to amend, select the blue arrow for more options.
Select Rate Cards.
Select the Show Details button.
Select Edit Rate Card.
Importing a Rate Card
You can import a rate card via a CSV file as an alternative to manual data entry. This functionality is available to both List Administrators and Suppliers.
The import process has three main steps:
Download the template: Click the here link within the Import/Export this rate card section to download the CSV template.
Edit the template: Update the downloaded template with the applicable rate values.
Upload the updated template: Upload the edited CSV file back into the system.
Limits & Notes
The uploaded CSV file has a size limit of 15Mb.
If you download the CSV template after partially completing the rates, the template will include those existing values.
These rates work with both Compare Rate Cards and Quote Builder.
