Impersonate a User Account in Contracts Monitor

  • Updated

As a Super Administrator, you can impersonate (temporarily log in as) any registered user within your Contracts Monitor (CM) enterprise. You would do this to perform administrative tasks, such as managing a user's contracts, directly from their account.

Prerequisites

You must be assigned the Super Administrator role in Contracts Monitor (CM).

Method 1: Impersonate via Manage Users

Follow these steps to impersonate a user by locating them in the Manage Users list:

  1. On the home page, click on the Switch to Enterprise view button on the Personal Dashboard.
