Transfer the management responsibility of a Local Group from one administrator to another using the Admin Tools menu. This process ensures the appropriate administrator can manage the group's buyers.
Prerequisites
You must have the Super Admin role to perform this action.
A Local Group must already be created.
Steps
Select Local Groups and Users under the Admin Tools menu (either in the top menubar or on the homepage on the left-side menu).
Click on the three dots to the right of the relevant local group, and then click on the Edit local group option.
On the right-hand side, look for the box labelled Transfer Ownership with a yellow background.
Select the dropdown box and then select the admin to transfer ownership to.
Click on the Transfer button.
Click on the OK button in the warning message to confirm.
Results / Validation
The Local Group is now owned by the newly selected administrator, who can now manage the group and its buyers within their account. You can verify the owner by hovering over the Local Group's name on the Local Groups and Users screen.

Limits & Notes
Only the Super Admin can set who owns each local group.
Admins Group: You cannot transfer ownership of the Administrators Group. This group can only be managed by the Super Admin.
Recommendation: It's recommended to have ownership set to a Local Group Administrator rather than the Super Admin. Local Group Administrators can impersonate each other (provided they own a local group), which the Super Admin cannot. If the Super Admin owns a group, only they can manage it
