This article provides the step-by-step instructions for Super Admins and Local Group Administrators to move a Buyer or Local Group Manager from one Local Group to another.
Prerequisites

Role/Permission: You must be a Super Admin or a Local Group Administrator.
Super Admins can transfer any Buyer or Local Group Manager between any Local Groups.
Local Group Administrators can transfer Buyers and Local Group Managers only between the Local Groups they manage.
Steps to Transfer a User
Navigate to the Admin Tools menu and select Local Groups and Users. (This menu is available in the top menubar or on the homepage's left-side menu.)
Select the relevant Local Group to view the Administrators/Managers within it.
Find the user you want to transfer, click the blue arrow icon (options) to the right of the user, and select the Transfer user to a different local group option from the pop-up window.
Select the destination Local Group from the available options, and then click the Transfer button to confirm the action.
Results / Validation
The user is now a member of the new Local Group.
Important Note: If you transferred a Local Group Manager, they are automatically demoted to a Buyer upon transfer.

Promote a User to a Manager or Administrator: If the transferred user was demoted from a manager, you can promote them again.
Update a Buyer's Manager: After the transfer, you may need to update who is set to 'manage' the transferred user.
Limits & Notes
Transferring a Local Group Manager to another Local Group will demote them to a Buyer. They can be promoted again after the transfer is complete.
