The Concierge functionality allows Buyers to invite new Suppliers to join VendorPanel - a Unimarket Company directly when creating a Request using the Request Wizard.

Use this when: You are a Buyer creating a Request using a Marketplace list and cannot find a desired Supplier to include.

Prerequisites

• The Concierge functionality must be an activated paid module for your enterprise.

  • Note: If interested, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Customer Support.

• You must be creating a Request using Marketplace lists.

• You must have Buyer rights.

Steps

1. Start the Request Wizard and proceed to the Select Suppliers step.

2. Select the Categories and Supplier Lists you wish to use.

3. Search for the Supplier's name using the Filter Suppliers textbox.
   

4. If no results are returned, select the prompt to use Search mode.
   

5. If you are still unable to find your desired Supplier in Search Mode, the Request Wizard will prompt you to Invite a Supplier.
   

6. Click the Invite a Supplier prompt.

7. Enter the required Supplier details in the Invite Supplier form:

   • Supplier business name

   • Supplier business number

   • Supplier's full name

   • Supplier's email address

   • Supplier's phone number
     

8. Optionally select the option to automatically add the Supplier to the Request you are currently creating.

9. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the form to complete the submission. You will be presented with a confirmation message.

   • Note: You can continue to search for and invite more suppliers if needed.

Results / Validation

• A confirmation message will display upon successful submission of the Invite Supplier form.

• A member of the Support Team will be in touch via email shortly after to acknowledge the request.
