This guide shows Super Admins, Local Group Administrators, and Local Group Managers how to temporarily access another user's account to view their activity or make changes on their behalf (e.g., transfer a request or extend a closing date).
Prerequisites

Steps
Follow the steps below to impersonate a user account:

Navigate to the user management area.
Super Admin or Local Group Admin: Select Admin Tools in the top menu bar or on the left-side menu of the homepage, then choose Local Groups and Users.
Local Group Manager: Select Admin Tools in the top menu bar or on the left-side menu of the homepage, then choose Manage Buyers.
Locate the user you wish to impersonate in the relevant Local Group.
Initiate impersonation by clicking the blue arrow icon to the right of the user's name and from the pop-up window, select the Impersonate this user option.
Results / Validation
You are now viewing the system as the impersonated user and have full access to all aspects of their account, with the exception of viewing and editing an active Multi-Party Evaluation.

You cannot view or edit an active Multi-Party Evaluation while impersonating another user.
Impersonation rights and access are dependent on the role of the admin/manager.
