Export a Report of the Evaluation Process

Generate a PDF report containing all key details of the evaluation process, including respondent lists, criteria, panel members, and scoring visuals, to document the final decision.

Prerequisites

You must be in the final decision stage of the evaluation process.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the final decision screen within the system.

  2. Scroll down to the Reports section and select to Download the Evaluation Report - PDF.

    • Expected Result: A PDF document is created and downloaded.

Results / Validation

To confirm it worked, open the generated PDF file. The report should include the following details:

  • List of respondents, including offer amounts and outcomes.

  • List of evaluation criteria, with weightings and associated questions.

  • List of mandatory requirements with associated questions.

  • List of panel members and their teams.

  • List of changes to response documents (uploads or removals) against any response.

  • A series of visual reports showing the consensus scores.
