Complete a Conflict of Interest Declaration for Evaluation

When individual scoring begins, all evaluators must complete a Conflict of Interest (COI) declaration to access the responses. This process ensures a fair evaluation by identifying and managing potential conflicts.

Prerequisites

  • Role: Evaluator

  • Permissions: Access to the evaluation scoring module

  • Data: The Conflict of Interest Declaration text is set by the system administrator.

Steps

  1. Access the Evaluation: When individual scoring kicks off, access the evaluation you are assigned to score.

  2. Review the Declaration: Read the displayed Conflict of Interest declaration text.

  3. Agree to the Declaration: Agree to the declaration to gain access to the response details.

  4. Log Risks (Optional): If necessary, log any number of risks with your declaration for the procurement officer to review.

Results / Validation

You can now access the details of the responses to begin scoring.

What's Next / Related

  • Reviewing COI Outcomes: The Procurement Officer can view the results of the COI declarations and may change panel members based on the outcomes. 

Troubleshooting

  • Cannot access responses: Ensure you have agreed to the Conflict of Interest Declaration. Access is blocked until the declaration is completed.

Limits & Notes

  • Customisation: The text of the Conflict of Interest Declaration is manageable and can be changed by the system administrator.
