Use the Attachments area on a contract record to upload, organise, and view documents relevant to your contract. The viewing mode for these documents adjusts based on the contract type and the user accessing them.

You must have the necessary permissions to access and edit the contract record.
Steps: Access the Document Upload Area
Follow these steps to navigate to the document management area from a contract record.
Open the desired Contract record.
Click More options (located on the top right of the contract record).
In the menu that appears, select the Attachment area. This is where you will find the document upload function.

The visibility of documents in the Attachment area depends on the Contract Arrangement Type and the user viewing the contract.

Limits & Notes
Ensure uploaded documents are correctly categorised for the intended audience (Internal or External mode).
The External Mode is only applicable when suppliers are expected to log into the system.
- The default upload limit is 10 MB per file. If you require a higher limit, contact your Customer Success Manager or the Support Team.
- There is no limit to the total number of files you can upload to a contract.
