Managing Conflict of Interest Declaration Text

System Administrators can manage the text of the Conflict of Interest (COI) declaration that Evaluation Panel Members are requested to complete in both the Procurement Planning and Advanced Evaluations modules. This single in-system declaration applies to both modules. Use these steps to access the settings and customise the declaration text.

Prerequisites

You must be a System Administrator.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Procurement Planning module, which can be accessed either via the app launcher icon in the menubar or through the navigation tile on your Homepage.

  2. Click on the Manage Module tab in the top right to open the module settings.

  3. On the General tab, scroll down to the bottom of the page.

  4. Under Module Settings > Conflict of Interest Declarations, click on the Manage standard COI text button.

    • Expected Result: A pop-up window opens where you can manage the declaration text.

  5. Edit your custom text in the top header section and the body of the declaration.

    • Note: The textboxes provide a range of formatting options, including adding links, images, and tables.

  6. Click on the Save button in the top right corner of the pop-up window.

Results / Validation

The declaration text is updated for all Evaluation Panel Members when they are requested to submit a Conflict of Interest declaration in both Procurement Planning and Advanced Evaluations.
