Prerequisites
Role: Evaluator
Permissions: Access to the evaluation scoring module
Data: The Conflict of Interest Declaration text is set by the system administrator.
Steps
Access the Evaluation: When individual scoring kicks off, access the evaluation you are assigned to score.
Review the Declaration: Read the displayed Conflict of Interest declaration text.
Agree to the Declaration: Agree to the declaration to gain access to the response details.
Log Risks (Optional): If necessary, log any number of risks with your declaration for the procurement officer to review.
Results / Validation
You can now access the details of the responses to begin scoring.

Reviewing COI Outcomes: The Procurement Officer can view the results of the COI declarations and may change panel members based on the outcomes.
Troubleshooting
Cannot access responses: Ensure you have agreed to the Conflict of Interest Declaration. Access is blocked until the declaration is completed.
