Contract Details Events Table

The events table, located in the Details tab under the Events section of a contract, lists all the key events, their types, and associated dates that are linked to the specific contract you are viewing. Use this section to quickly review the status and scheduled dates of various contractual obligations.

Prerequisites

  • Audience: Users with access to the specific contract record.

Fields & values

The events table displays the following event types and their corresponding date fields:

  • Action: Due Date

  • Communication event: Date of Communication

  • Contract Review: Date of Review

  • Defects entry: Date of Discovery, Date of Action

  • Defects Liability: Date to

  • Extension: Date Approved, Date Submitted

  • KPI Performance: Start Date, End Date

  • KPI Target: Start Date, End Date

  • Meeting: Meeting Date

  • Milestone: Planned Date

  • Novation: Date

  • Payment Certificate: Date of Issue

  • Penalty Clause: Discovery Date, Date of Action

  • Security: Bank Guarantee Expiry

  • Service Level Agreement: Start Date, End Date

  • Transition: Transition Start Date, Transition End Date, Review Date

  • Variation: Date Approved, Date Submitted

  • Warranty: Start Date, Expiry Date
