Prerequisites
Role: This feature is available to customers with Go To Market.
Data: You must know your organisation's unique Vanity Name (the
<vanityname>component of the URL).
What is a Vanity URL?
A Vanity URL is a personalised, clear, and concise URL for your enterprise, replacing long URLs filled with random characters.

How to Find Your Organisation's Vanity Name
If you do not know your organisation’s vanity name, you can find it by:
Reach out to your Super Admin, as they have this information.
Contact Support, and they will find it for you.

Linking Directly to a Specific Tender
To avoid confusing instructions, Buyers can link users directly to a specific tender to request access and receive an invitation via email.
Go to the Tenders page URL:
www.vendorpanel.com.au/<vanityname>/tenders.Next to the tender you want to share, select the Access Request button.
Copy the full URL displayed.
Provide the copied URL accordingly.
