This guide provides the steps to request a temporary password and log in if you've forgotten your password. The temporary password is valid for two hours.
Prerequisites
You must be logging in using a direct email and password and not through Single Sign-On (SSO).
If your organisation uses SSO, contact your IT team to reset your login credentials.
Steps
Navigate to the login page and click the Password Reset link.
You can enter your email address and then click the Forgotten your password? link located below the password field.
Follow the prompts to request a temporary password.
Check your email inbox for a message containing the temporary password and a login link.
Click the link in the email and use the temporary password to log into your account.
You will be prompted to create a new password immediately after logging in.
Results / Validation
Your new, permanent password will be set.
Note: When you change your password in GTM, the update will automatically apply to Contract Monitor (if you have a corresponding account), and vice versa.
