Forgotten Password Reset- Go To Market(GTM)

This guide provides the steps to request a temporary password and log in if you've forgotten your password. The temporary password is valid for two hours.

Prerequisites

  • You must be logging in using a direct email and password and not through Single Sign-On (SSO).

  • If your organisation uses SSO, contact your IT team to reset your login credentials.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the login page and click the Password Reset link.

    • You can enter your email address and then click the Forgotten your password? link located below the password field.

  2. Follow the prompts to request a temporary password.

  3. Check your email inbox for a message containing the temporary password and a login link.

  4. Click the link in the email and use the temporary password to log into your account.

  5. You will be prompted to create a new password immediately after logging in.

Results / Validation

Your new, permanent password will be set.

Note: When you change your password in GTM, the update will automatically apply to Contract Monitor (if you have a corresponding account), and vice versa.

Temporary password has expired

Request a new temporary password. The password is only valid for 2 hours from the time it's requested.

I didn't receive the email

Contact your IT department or email system administrators and ask them to allow emails from noreply@vendorpanel.com.au. The email may have been intercepted by a spam filter managed by your organisation or domain.
