Creating an Addenda to a Request

This article provides the steps to create an addenda to an existing Request, allowing you to edit it and automatically notify suppliers of the changes.

Prerequisites

To perform this task, you must have the necessary role/permissions to edit an existing Request.

Steps

  1. From the dashboard, locate your Request and click on the three vertical dots.

  2. Select 'Add an addendum' from the menu. This directs you to the Files section of your Request.

  3. In the Files section, locate the option to add Addenda attachments.

  4. Upload the necessary files.

  5. Once the files have uploaded, click the Continue button.

  6. You are now on the final step of the Wizard, where you can customise the note for suppliers. By default, the note is prefilled with the details of the files that have been added.

  7. Click Save Changes to issue the addenda.

Limits & Notes

Documents are not made available to Suppliers until you click Save changes on the final step of the wizard.

Results / Validation

Upon clicking Save changes, the addendum will be issued, and the system will automatically notify the suppliers of the changes.
