Introducing Learning Lab

Learning Lab is Unimarket's training platform. It brings all training into one place, with short modules, role-based learning paths, downloadable guides, and course certificates. Administrators can access completion reporting across their team.

This article explains how to register for and access Learning Lab, Unimarket’s centralised training platform. Follow these steps the first time you log in.

Prerequisites

  • An active Unimarket account with login credentials.
  • Access to Learning Lab must be enabled for your organisation. If you are unsure, contact your Unimarket admin or Customer Success Manager.
  • A supported web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari).

Steps

Step 1. Log in to your Unimarket platform using your usual credentials.

The Unimarket home screen loads.

Step 2. Look for Learning Lab in your navigation menu and click it.

You are redirected to the Learning Lab platform in a new tab or window.

Step 3. On the Learning Lab welcome page, click the Sign up link.

A registration form appears.

Step 4. Complete all required fields in the form with your name and work email address.

The form validates your entries.

Step 5. Submit the form.

Your organisation has been pre-configured in Learning Lab. Your work email domain automatically connects you to your company’s account, and your organisation’s active training modules appear on your dashboard. No additional setup is needed.

Confirming it worked

You have successfully accessed Learning Lab when:

  • Your organisation’s training modules are visible on the Learning Lab dashboard.
  • Your name and work email address appear in your profile.
  • You can open and begin a training module.

  • Short videos with UK English subtitles for accessibility.

  • Course certificates you can earn on completion.
  • A Collaboration Space for monthly peer learning and deep-dive sessions.

What’s next

Once you have access, you can:

  • Browse your organisation’s active training modules from the Learning Lab dashboard.
  • Search for specific topics using the built-in search.
  • Download guides and slide packs from the Overview & Resources section of each module.
  • Track your progress and earn certificates as you complete modules.

Troubleshooting

Issue Resolution
Learning Lab does not appear in the menu Access may not be enabled for your account or organisation. Contact your Unimarket admin to confirm Learning Lab is active for your team.
Email domain is not recognised during sign-up Your email domain may not be pre-configured. Contact support at support@unimarket.com and provide your work email address.
Sign-up form will not submit Check that all required fields are complete. Try a different supported browser. If the issue persists, contact support.
Modules are not visible after sign-up Your admin controls which modules are active for your organisation. Ask your admin which modules have been enabled.
Cannot locate Learning Lab after logging in Learning Lab appears in the main navigation menu. If you do not see it, your admin may need to enable the feature for your user role.

 

Limits and notes

  • Learning Lab availability depends on your organisation’s Unimarket plan. Not all plans include Learning Lab. Contact your Customer Success Manager to confirm access.
  • Module availability varies by organisation. Your admin selects which training modules are active for your team.
  • Completion data and certificates are linked to your registered email address. Use your work email when signing up.
  • Post-completion materials remain available to revisit after you finish a module.
  • Administrators have access to completion reporting across their team.
