Unlock a Procurement Plan for Editing

Use the Unlock button to return to previous stages and make edits in your Procurement Plan. The plan will need to be re-approved if it has already been approved.

Prerequisites

  • You must have the correct role/permissions to manage and edit Procurement Plans.

  • The Procurement Plan must not be currently awaiting approval.

  • The Procurement Plan must not have procurements that have already been posted to the market.

Steps

  1. Navigate to your Procurement Plan.

  2. Click the Unlock button.

  3. Make the necessary edits to the previous stages of your plan.

Results / Validation

You can now navigate back through the plan stages and edit the previous information.

Troubleshooting

  • Cannot find the Unlock button: Ensure your Procurement Plan is not currently in the "Awaiting Approval" status. You cannot edit a plan while it is in this status.

  • Edits are not saving/available: If procurements have already been posted to market, you will not be able to use the Unlock functionality to make edits.

Limits & Notes

  • If the Procurement Plan has already been approved, using the Unlock feature will require the plan to go through the entire approval process again after edits are complete.
