This process allows an Administrator to set minimum supplier requirements for a specific Local Group.
Prerequisites
This functionality is not enabled by default. You must contact the VendorPanel - a Unimarket Company Support Team to have this feature turned on.
Need a Super Admin or Local Group Admin to add approval threshold for a local group.
Steps
Select Local Groups and Users under the Admin Tools menu.
Click on the three vertical dots to the right of the relevant Local Group.
Click on the Edit local group option.
Go to the Request Settings section.
Under the 'Setup REQUEST APPROVAL THRESHOLDS AND TRIGGERS' setting, click the Click to set thresholds link.
Click the Minimum number of suppliers invited to respond to Requests button.
For each Request value, select the radio button against the number that represents the minimum number of Suppliers a Buyer must invite.
When finished, check the box against ENABLE these thresholds for this local group? and then click on Save.
Requesting Default Minimum Supplier Thresholds for your Enterprise
The thresholds can be set to apply to all Local Groups at once by the Support Team. This request must come from the Super Admin.
Important Notes
When set, these thresholds will be applied to all local groups and users at once; they cannot be applied only to selected local groups.
Any custom thresholds previously set against specific Local Groups or Buyers will be overwritten by the default thresholds.
Request Instructions
The Super Admin must request changes on the Submit a Request page and include the following information:
Super Admin's name and contact details
Indicate you are requesting Changes to the default minimum number of suppliers against each Request Value.
Specify that you want the settings to be applied to all of your Local Groups.
Fill out the required table (provided below) to indicate the desired minimum supplier thresholds.
