How Suppliers View/Download a Request or Tender

  • Updated

This article describes the steps a Supplier follows to access the details and attachments of a Request or Public Tender you have created. Buyers can use this to understand the Supplier experience, including the prerequisites for downloading documents.

Prerequisites

  • The user accessing the information must be a Supplier user. Additionally, for Requests (non-public tenders), the Supplier must be invited onto the request.

Steps: Supplier Views Request/Tender Details

  1. Locate the Request or Tender:

    • Requests where the Supplier is selected appear on their homepage under Current Requests.

    • Public Tenders appear under Open Market Tenders. The Supplier clicks the View all Tenders button to explore the full list.

  2. Open the details: The Supplier clicks the magnifying glass icon located to the right of the Request or Tender. This opens a pop-up window containing the full details (Open/Close Dates, Buyer details, Attachments, etc.).

Steps: Supplier Follows a Public Tender (Crucial Pre-requisite)

This step is necessary for Suppliers to access downloads for Public Tenders.

  1. Follow the Tender: To view full details and enable downloads for a Public Tender, the Supplier must click the Follow button.

  2. Access: Following a tender subscribes the Supplier to updates, allows them to download files, and grants access to all key actions.

Steps: Supplier Downloads Files

Download the Full Request Package

  1. The Supplier clicks the download icon located to the right of the request. This downloads all the Request details and attachments in a single zipped folder.

Download Attachments Individually

  1. The Supplier clicks the documents icon to see a list of attachments. A pop-up window will appear.

  2. To download a specific document, they click on the file name.

  3. Alternatively, the Supplier can click the DOWNLOAD EVERYTHING button above to download all the attachments at once.

Limits & Notes

  • The download option will be available for Public tenders only once the tender is followed.

  • Tenders a Supplier follows will then appear under View Followed Tenders within the Open Public Tenders section.
