Troubleshooting

Issue Fix

Cannot change from Multi-Party Evaluation (MPE)

If you have used MPE and already made any progress on the evaluation, you will be unable to change the evaluation method yourself. Contact the Support Team for assistance.

Need to clear current selections/reset the evaluation

To clear any selections or reset your evaluation, change to a different method and then change it back to your original method.

Limits & Notes

  • Progress Loss: Changing the evaluation method will reset and lose any progress you've made on the original evaluation. A warning will display when changing the method.

  • The four available methods are Quick Select, Evaluation Matrix, Multi-Party Evaluation, and Advanced Evaluation.
